Climate Impact Slush 2022 Side Event
What: Climate focused pitching competition and networking event for startups, corporates and investors

Accelerating the shift to mitigate climate change and close the loop by a circular economy requires innovation, commitment and partnerships.
The theme for this event is to drive climate impact in transportation, chemicals & materials, and energy. This pitching competition is organised by Neste together with The Finnish Climate Fund, Helen Ventures and ECBF (European Circular Bioeconomy Fund).

- Biomaterials
- Green hydrogen and Power to X
- Algae
- Municipal solid waste
- Circular economy and resource efficiency
- Digital for sustainability & green transformation
- eMobility & transportation
- Distributed energy systems

The winning pitch will be rewarded with a monetary prize of 10 000 €.

Aisti Corporation, BioBTX, BioWeg, Ever Dye, Foodiq, Modulize, Relement, Soletair Power, Tracegrow and RMV Tech.
The winner of the Climate Impact -pitching competition
The criteria for jury’s decision were how unique the company’s solution is, what is the climate impact, how scalable it is and how is the team of the startup.
The jury chose the following startups as the top three:
1. Ever Dye - Pitching Deck
2. Tracegrow - Pitching Deck
3. Relement - Pitching Deck
The French startup Ever Dye, which won the pitching competition, received a monetary prize of 10 000 € in the event.
Ever Dye is a Paris based company, making sustainable fashion accessible for everyone via biobased dyeing pigments for textiles. It won because the company had a unique proposition, with strong climate impact and a great team.
