Our focus lies on preventive safety work which concerns us all", says Hannele Jakosuo-Jansson, Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Safety.
"Safe Day taking place today is Neste's new initiative to bring safety closer to every employee's and cooperation partner's daily life. This year we hope that everyone considers how to prevent accidents arising from hurry in their own lives," continues Jakosuo-Jansson.
Teams will carry out safety discussions on or near the Safe Day based on material produces especially for the Day. A competition has also been organized for personnel which seeks to find the best tips for preventing accidents arising from hurry. In addition, reflectors will be distributed to personnel and visitors.
"Our aim is to be at the top of our industry in safety as well. We believe that all accidents can be prevented, and the only way to go is towards our goal of zero accidents," says Jakosuo-Jansson.
